We've checked some homes for your neighbors and here's two examples how we can help YOU.
 
Last week the City of Park Hills turned off the water to a property in Desloge where renters had moved out.  As it turned out they didn't pay their bill - we handled the transaction and had the water back on the next day - the owner paid us $30 to handle the matter. Imagine the cost of being on the phone, driving "X" number of miles and taking a half a day or more to take care of this.  We'll do that for you.
 
Recently, a homeowner who owns property in Farmington and resides in Atlanta told us she didn't need our services (after she recieved our letter) because the property no longer had a home on .. the home had been demolished last year.  The tax records indicated she did, in fact, have a home on the property.  We informed her she paid higher taxes when a property has a home and as a result, she contacted the County Assessors office and is getting a refund of nearly $500!  Is $12.50 for the visit worth it plus a $55 fee (paid only if you are due a refund)  to do the research?
